Yin and Yoga Nidra
(Contemplative Practice Yoga®)

Yoga Nidra is an inner state of deep sleep, with awareness retained. In the Contemplative Practice tradition, it is a practice of remembering and connecting with our inner light, called Prakasha. Join me in this deeply nourishing and restful practice. Through the embodying experience of an integrative body scan, you will experience a dissolution of external and internal tensions and worries, and a return to your pure essence of joy. You deserve this sacred time.
