2020 Yoga in Paradise ~
A Week-long Yoga Retreat

This is our 4th Paradise Retreat in this serene, secluded slice of Sayulita, Haramara Retreat.

Many yoga retreats these days are, in fact, “adventure” and “tour” excursions,
filling your days with high energy group activities, including a daily yoga practice.

2020 Yoga In Paradise
follows the definition of a true yoga retreat, with the emphasis on restoring you on all levels through the yoga practice, with twice daily extended yoga sessions and guided and silent meditations that are designed with your personal needs in mind.

The retreat is designed for those who want to experience the strength and healing benefits of a consistent
hatha yoga and meditation practice.

Throughout the week, explore different Hatha yoga traditions, including gentle flow, Yin, partner, and Restorative Yoga.  Spend quality and intentional time on filling your desire for inner nourishment, and still have plenty of play time for adventure and exploration.
You'll have one entire "free day" mid-week! Fill your free time with your choice of activities:  Haramara will happily arrange your favorite excursion, you can enjoy a healing therapy, swim in the beautiful infinity pool, hike the mountainside or walk on the beach,
explore the town of Sayulita and charming surrounding villages, or simply relax.
