Welcome!

I am a certified yoga teacher with more than 15 years of study and practice in yoga. Join me throughout the greater Sacramento area, at It's All Yoga Studio, Fusion Yoga Studio, Signature Athletic Club and Fair Oaks Therapeuticum. My classes are a beautiful blend of yoga traditions and styles, including Vinyasa (Flow), Yin, gentle Restorative, and Therapeutic Yoga. All levels of practitioners, from beginning to advanced, are welcome. I also offer private and semi-private lessons, as well as corporate classes in your workplace. You are invited to join me on yoga retreats, which I lead several times a year.

Whether you are a beginner, curious about yoga and looking for the basics of the practice, or want to develop or deepen your personal practice, I would be honored to guide you in your journey.
