Restorative Yoga sequences use props to support your body so that you can truly go deeper, without the striving and pushing that stresses the nervous system. Yin Yoga sequences passively stretch the deeper tissues of the body. Both styles support a quietness in the body and mind that allow for true, replenishing rest to occur. The meditations will guide your mind to a state of stillness and awareness. These are actually the most advanced practices of all.
